Her skill sets include portfolio construction and investment management, multi-generational wealth transfer strategies, business succession and exit planning, trust and estate coordination, and charitable planning. Raquel is particularly passionate about helping clients make informed wealth decisions while aligning their wealth with their long-term goals, family values, and legacy objectives.
As a Senior PIM Portfolio Manager, Raquel believes investment management should be fully integrated with a client's broader investment plan. Her investment philosophy centers on constructing customized portfolios designed to thoughtfully manage risk while incorporating tax-aware strategies intended to enhance long-term outcomes and preserve wealth across generations.
In addition to advising clients, Raquel leads the firm's vision, growth strategy, and long-term business development initiatives. She is responsible for establishing the standards that define the Magnolia Hill client experience while fostering a culture centered on collaboration, planning excellence, personalized advice, and enduring client relationships. She also co-leads the team's Investment Committee alongside her partner, Gerald Creem, Managing Director – Investments, Senior Financial Advisor and PIM Portfolio Manager, helping guide portfolio strategy and investment oversight across the practice.
Since 1998, Raquel has been dedicated to helping clients navigate important wealth decisions and pursue their long-term goals. Throughout her career, she has advised individuals, families, business owners, and executives while serving with Wheat First Butcher Singer, later Wachovia Securities, Butler Wick & Co., Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo Advisors.
A graduate of Youngstown State University, Raquel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She holds the CFP® and CRPC® designations and completed the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® Executive Education Program through the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Raquel serves on the Executive Board of the Community Foundation of Lorain County and chairs the Foundation's Investment Committee. She also serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for the School of Business at Central Connecticut State University.
Raquel and her husband, Jim, divide their time between Avon Lake, Ohio, and their cottage in Avon, Connecticut. They are proud parents of Olivia, Victoria, Stephen, and Mena, grandparents to Raymond III, and devoted dog parents to Luna and Leo. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, practicing Pilates, hiking, and traveling.

Throughout his career, Jerry has remained focused on helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions through thoughtful investment management and personalized advice. In addition to advising clients, Jerry plays a key leadership role within Magnolia Hill Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. He co-leads the team's Investment Committee alongside Raquel Pacheco, Managing Director, Senior Private Wealth Financial Advisor, and Senior PIM Portfolio Manager, helping guide portfolio strategy, investment oversight, and the firm's overall investment philosophy. His experience and measured approach contribute significantly to the team's investment process and commitment to serving clients with thoughtful, objective advice.
Since joining Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms in 1988, Jerry has helped clients navigate a wide range of market environments, economic cycles, and life transitions. Earlier in his career, he held positions with John Hancock Life Insurance Company, Anchor Capital, Hartford Insurance Group, FL Putnam, Burgess & Leith, and North American Investment Corporation.
Jerry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and later earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Columbia University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.
Outside of the office, Jerry enjoys classical music and lifelong learning. He is the proud father of four children, three daughters and one son, and grandfather to eight grandsons. He began his career focusing on municipal bonds and later joined A.G. Edwards in 1996, where he continued to expand his experience serving individuals, families, and business owners.
A graduate of Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Jim holds the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®) designation and maintains FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 licenses. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive knowledge in fixed-income investing, charitable giving, and estate planning strategies.

Ken began his professional career as a field engineer with Square D Company, where he worked from 1979 to 1986 before transitioning into the financial services industry. In 1986, he became a Financial Consultant with Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he spent nearly a decade serving clients. He later joined A.G. Edwards and continued building his practice before ultimately joining Wells Fargo Advisors, where he has served clients since 2009. He became a member of Magnolia Hill Wealth Management Group in 2025.
A graduate of Villanova University, Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. His engineering background instilled a disciplined, analytical approach that continues to influence his work with clients today. He holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 registrations.

Edwards in 1993 and served clients there until 2008, when he transitioned to Wells Fargo Advisors. Wayne earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Hartford and later completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist SM (AAMS®) designation and maintains FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 registrations.

As Client Performance Analyst, Felicia plays a key role in supporting client relationships, investment reporting, wealth planning initiatives, and the team's overall wealth management process. Having worked closely alongside team leader Raquel Pacheco for nearly a year, she has become an integral part of delivering the high level of service, responsiveness, and attention to detail that clients have come to expect from Magnolia Hill. Her professionalism, follow-through, and dedication to client success make her a trusted resource for both clients and team members alike.
Felicia attended Ohio University and holds her FINRA Series 7 registration along with insurance licenses. She focuses on comprehensive wealth and retirement planning, investment strategies, and wealth management. She is passionate about making wealth planning approachable and personalized, helping clients gain clarity and confidence as they work toward their goals.
Outside of the office, Felicia enjoys giving back through organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the American Red Cross. She is also a self-taught woodworker who has completed numerous home renovation and woodworking projects, including building a playhouse for her daughter. Jennifer has long been active in charitable and community initiatives, including participation in Relay for Life and numerous fundraising walks supporting important causes. Donna began her career as a Client Associate, serving clients for nine years before advancing to Branch Administrator, a position she held for 25 years. In 2019, she returned to the Client Associate role, where she continues to focus on delivering personalized service and helping ensure clients receive timely, accurate support.
